Refund Policy

The Guarantee

Run the protocol for 30 days. If the injury is not measurably better, email us and we refund every cent.

This guarantee applies to all front-end protocol purchases from Im Hurt Now What LLC, including The Hamstring Rebuild Protocol and other IHNW body-part protocols.

How To Request A Refund

Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase date. Include:

• The email address you used at checkout
• The order number from your purchase receipt

We process refunds through ThriveCart and Stripe. Funds typically return to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

The 30-Day Window

The 30 days starts on the date of purchase, not the date you start the protocol. Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase will not be honored.

After The Refund

You keep the protocol files. We do not ask you to delete anything. We do remove you from any active customer email lists, and you lose access to any ongoing product updates.

Chargebacks

If you are unhappy with your purchase, email us first. We will honor the refund. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us bypasses this process and may result in forfeiture of access to future Im Hurt Now What LLC products.

Order Bumps And Upsells

If you also purchased any order bumps or upsells at checkout, the same 30-day refund applies. Refunds for bumps and upsells are processed separately from the main protocol.
